- Coach strength, conditioning, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, running, sled work, rowing, SkiErg, carries, and other hybrid training methods
- Modify training based on an athlete's ability, experience, limitations, and goals
- Help athletes understand workout intent, pacing, strategy, movement efficiency, and competition preparation
- Create a challenging, supportive, and inclusive training environment
- Recognize athlete progress and help identify opportunities for continued growth
- Collaborate with the Invictus coaching team and contribute to the growth of our programs and community

You're a strong communicator who brings high standards without ego, welcomes feedback, works well as part of a team, and continually looks for ways to improve your craft.
Experience coaching CrossFit, HYROX, hybrid fitness, strength & conditioning, or competitive athletes is preferred.
