What You'll Do:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with warmth and professionalism.
Build relationships with existing customers and develop new ones.
Learn specialized products and confidently recommend solutions, upgrades, and additional services.
Help customers create and place customized product orders.
Coordinate with production to ensure orders are accurate and completed properly.
Follow up on orders, resolve customer concerns, and encourage repeat business.
