Press OperatorVSSI Staffing Services is currently hiring a Press Operator for a manufacturing facility in Kyle, TX. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to operate press machinery and assist with daily production operations. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or machine operation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor press machinery during production.
Load and unload materials into press equipment.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues.
Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Meet daily production and quality goals.
Assist with additional manufacturing tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous press operation or manufacturing experience preferred. Familiarity with production machinery and basic machine to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Schedule & Compensation: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
