CONCESSIONS WORKER

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sells concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to external and internal customers. May be assigned to any outlet of the food & beverage operations based on multiple factors, including business need, skill set, and availability. Must be 21+ to sell and/or service alcoholic beverages, which are sold in most outlets. Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner following outlined steps of service. Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Relays relevant information to supervisor. Performs sales transactions in a reasonable and timely fashion. Enters sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded. Adheres to Levy Payment Integrity Policy for processing accepted payment forms and transactions. Maintains a clean, hygienic, functional, and aesthetically pleasing guest-facing area, including stocking & organizing condiments and general supplies, and cleaning guest-facing chairs/tables/counters & service areas. Ensures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements. Performs other duties as assigned. Be Nice.
