As a Benefits Enrollment Associate with our Oakbrook Terrace team, you will learn how to guide clients through available coverage options, answer questions with confidence and support them toward clear decisions. Your communication skills grow alongside your knowledge of the products and clients you serve. An independent opportunity with structured training and support as you build your career. Day to day, you will schedule and confirm enrollment appointments, follow up with clients after consultations and coordinate next steps. You will work closely with team members, participate in ongoing coaching sessions and take on greater responsibility as your results develop. No degree is required.
