Continuously improve workflows to support future scale.

Strategic Execution: Partner directly with the CEO to execute the company's strategic initiatives. Help launch new business verticals, products, and operational initiatives. Translate high-level business strategy into actionable operational plans. Identify operational bottlenecks before they become organizational constraints. Strategic Partnerships & External Representation: Serve as a trusted representative of Amplified Planning & Guiding Wealth in meetings with strategic partners, sponsors, industry organizations, firms, universities, nonprofits, and other external stakeholders. Attend select conferences, industry events, and partner meetings, helping strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth. Partner closely with the CEO to ensure external relationships and opportunities remain aligned with the company’s long-term vision.

Business Performance: Monitor departmental KPIs and operational metrics. Build reporting systems that improve decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and customer experience. Support annual planning, forecasting, and capacity planning.
