We're looking for an entrepreneurial HVAC distribution leader to build and grow a local business in Washington DC.
The Opportunity:
You'll take responsibility for the entire local company, including P&L, balance sheet, sales, inventory, operations, people and overall growth. A typical local company operates at around $12M revenue / 18 employees, with significant potential to scale as the market develops. Longer term, there is a pathway to President and up to 30% equity ownership. What You'll OwnFull P&L and financial performance Sales, gross profit and business growth Inventory and operational execution Contractor and vendor relationships Hiring and developing the local team Overall Orlando market strategy
What We're Looking For:
- HVAC wholesale distribution experience
- Ideally $5M-$50M+ P&L leadership experience
- Strong Washington DC contractor/vendor relationships
- Proven commercial and operational leadership
- Track record of profitable growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire for ownership
- Compensation & Ownership
