Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current RBT certification
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach when addressing challenging behaviors
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct ABA therapy services to students based on prescribed treatment plans
- Collect and maintain accurate data on student behaviors and progress
- Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families for a collaborative approach to student success
- Support classroom routines, encourage positive behaviors, and assist in crisis intervention as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights regarding student progress
- Assist in developing new strategies to reinforce expected behaviors and skill development
