Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Working Foreman to join our team in Burleson, TX, 76028. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a collaborative work environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew to ensure efficient workflow.
- This is a hybrid position, Ideal candidate will be able to fit/weld parts
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in safety, quality, and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor new employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of work assignments.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferebly be able to fit/weld and pass D1.1 weld test
