APPLY NOWTo support higher education clients, the full-time remote Senior Research Associate will design and implement qualitative research studies, conduct secondary research projects, and manage multiple projects while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Designing interview and focus group protocols and conducting outreach to recruit participants
Analyzing transcripts, thematic coding, and producing client-ready deliverables
Conducting secondary research to address key topics in higher education and managing project lifecycles effectivelyRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in a writing/research-intensive discipline; Master's degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in secondary and qualitative research and professional writing
Experience interacting with industry experts or senior administrators
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint
Ability to synthesize content and develop insights effectively
