Learn our steps of service, products, menu, and systems inside and out. Take orders, prepare espresso drinks, and serve coffee and other refreshments, gladly adjusting milk, sugar, and shot ratios to guest preference. Keep the coffee bar and side-work areas restocked, replenished, prepped, and organized, working with the team to keep everything running smoothly. Communicate openly with restaurant managers on customer feedback, and collaborate with hotel staff so overnight guests know about our offerings and promotions. Comply with health and safety regulations, and accurately receive and process payments.
