Horizon Blue is seeking a BCBA to support families remotely with caseloads of 8 to 10. The schedule ranges from 15 to 25 hours per week of billable time, with compensation reflecting work and family growth. Clinical decisions focus on child needs, not external pressures.
Strong communication with families is essential, as is proactive outreach and collaboration with RBTs and a multidisciplinary team. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
