$18.00/hour during training, increasing to $19.00/hour upon successful completion of training

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a Furnace Operator position on 3rd shift in Elkhorn, WI. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring furnaces used in the production process. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment and be committed to following safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor furnace equipment during production.
Load and unload materials as required.
Maintain production flow and quality standards.
Monitor furnace temperatures and production processes.
Perform routine inspections and report any issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Ability to work safely in a hot environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Willingness to learn and be trained on furnace operations.

Starting pay: $18.00/hour during training
