JUNIOR MERCHANDISER – HAIR ACCESSORIES The Role + Purpose: As an assistant hair accessory merchant, you will report to a lead merchandiser and support the execution of product assortment through showroom maintenance, vendor communications, and sample management. You will build foundational knowledge of the customer, the product lifecycle, and the competitive marketplace while keeping the day-to-day business organized and on track. You will be assisting with overall newness for our branded and open line as well as specific customer projects. Support the lead merchandiser through sample management, creating line sheets, and administrative tasks that enable product execution Assortment planning & visual merchandising for our showrooms 4 times a yearMaintain and organize our library of product Store visit to analyze trends and keep up with the landscapeRequired:1–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, buying, planning, or product managementProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, & OutlookStrong organizational skills with attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Effective communication and collaboration skills Preferred: Experience with vendor communication A degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required
