APPLY NOWProperty Preservation Specialist Masis Staffing is hiring a Property Preservation Specialist to manage vendor and client relationships nationwide and help ensure properties are protected and preserved. This is an on-site role in Langhorne, PA with a fast-paced workflow and strong customer/vendor communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor and client inquiries via phone/email in a professional, timely manner
- Review and audit submitted work orders for completion and accuracy
- Negotiate costs within provided guidelines
- Assess vendor performance for quality assurance
- Manage workflow timeliness and efficiency to meet deadlines and company goals
- Maintain an understanding of property foreclosures and preservation requirements
- Assist with sourcing vendors as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ year of property preservation and FHA conveyance experience preferred
- Customer service and/or outside sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (filter/sort)
- Aspen experience preferred
- Bilingual a plus$19.50/hr.
