APPLY NOWHRIS & HR Operations Specialist Washington, DC6-Month Contract Potential Temp-to-PermGreen Key Resources is working with a growing organization to identify an HR professional who can provide hands-on HR support while helping implement a new HRIS platform. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, evolving environment and has experience supporting HR operations in a startup or growing organization. The initial assignment is expected to be approximately six months, with potential for the role to convert to a permanent position.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the implementation and rollout of a new HRIS, with a focus on Rippling
- Serve as a resource for employees, responding to day-to-day HR questions and requests
- Provide general HR administrative and operational support
- Help organize and improve HR processes as the organization continues to scale
- Create and document SOPs, procedures, and HR process guides
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee and HRIS records
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes are clear, consistent, and efficient
- Help identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and improve the employee experience
- Take on additional HR projects and administrative responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a generalist capacity
- Hands-on experience with Rippling is required
- Experience supporting an HRIS implementation or rollout
- Previous experience working in a startup or rapidly growing organization
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to handle employee questions with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable creating SOPs and building processes from the ground upStrong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable, hands-on approach with a willingness to jump in where needed
