Aboon is seeking a Talent & People Director to lead our recruiting efforts and scale the People team as we grow. You'll own full‐cycle hiring across the company and partner with managers to build structured processes that attract top talent. Initially focused on recruiting, the role will expand to onboarding, performance cycles, culture, learning, and people operations as the company scales. You'll report to the General Counsel and collaborate across teams.
