Remote Foreclosure Attorney Florida Litigation Lead

Lender Legal PLLC is seeking an experienced foreclosure attorney to join our Florida team in a fully remote role. The attorney will manage all aspects of mortgage foreclosure litigation in Florida, including title review, complaint drafting, motions, discovery, mediations, and trials, with first-chair handling of contested nonjury trials. The candidate must hold a Florida law license in good standing, a ABA-accredited law degree, and have at least 1 year of Florida foreclosure experience.
