Global Category Lead - Engine Castings & Sourcing

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Global Lead for engine castings and components to drive strategic sourcing across North America and Europe. You will co-lead commodity strategies with Product Development, deploy cost targets, and lead supplier negotiations to meet program goals. You will build strong supplier partnerships, manage cost, delivery and quality across regions, and identify opportunities to improve value while supporting Ford’s ICE to BEV transition.
