Track open requests, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely follow-through.
Help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports in collaboration with the strategy team.
Proactively identify client concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
Maintain organized client documentation and account information.
Support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
Help ensure clients receive consistent, responsive, and professional service.
Qualifications2–4 years of account management or client services experience, preferably at a digital marketing agency.
Familiarity with paid media platforms, particularly Meta and Google Ads.
Experience working with ecommerce or DTC brands is strongly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities.
Comfortable working in Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards.
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client service.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
What Success Looks Like:
Clients feel informed, supported, and confident in CE Digital.
Meetings are organized, and action items are consistently followed through.
