Nason, Yeager, Gerson, Harris & Fumero, P.A., a multi-service law firm founded in 1960, is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal for our Palm Beach Gardens office.

Draft pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and financial affidavits Coordinate hearings, mediations, and client meetings Organize and maintain case files Assist with trial and mediation preparation Review and summarize financial and case-related documents E-file documents through the Florida e-Filing Portal

Prior law firm experience required Paralegal certification not required Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and legal document preparation
