Warehouse Operations Supervisor

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at GXO Logistics, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse operations. Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards. Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse personnel to achieve operational goals. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate shipping and receiving of goods. Implement and uphold safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment. Collaborate with other departmental managers to optimize logistics strategies and enhance supply chain efficiency. Utilize advanced warehouse management systems to track warehouse operations and generate reports for upper management. Handle and resolve issues or disputes that may arise within the warehouse.
