Responsibilites Responsible for the timely and accurate filing of all SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) Support M&A due diligence Present accounting matters to the Audit Committee on a quarterly basis Lead technical accounting assessments and develop well-supported accounting conclusions through research, analysis, and preparation of technical accounting memorandums and position papers. Provide accounting guidance and thought leadership to Finance leadership, divisional finance teams, and cross-functional business partners on complex accounting matters and business initiatives. Partner with external auditors and internal stakeholders to support audit activities, resolve technical accounting matters, and maintain strong audit relationships. Monitor developments in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and accounting regulations. Serve as a key contributor to ERP, consolidation, and financial reporting system enhancements to improve scalability and reporting effectiveness. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual closes for the Corporation Prepare and present accounting analyses, reporting insights, and technical accounting matters for executive leadership, Audit Committee, and Board-level discussions as needed.
