Senior Water CM & Project Delivery Lead

HDR is seeking a PA/OH/WV/DE Water Construction Management Lead to coordinate, monitor and improve technical competencies of field services staff while meeting client needs and market drivers. Responsibilities include staff development, pursuing new clients, project delivery, and leading high-profile pursuits with strong writing, presenting, and client-management skills. Preference for PE/CCM and local market presence.
