Job Description:
Job Description WHO WE ARE What began as a small, hands-on crane operation was built on hard work, long days, and a shared belief that if you do good work and treat people right, growth will follow. From the very beginning, every lift mattered. Every customer mattered. And the reputation of the company was tied directly to the integrity of the people behind it. As demand grew, so did the vision. Uplifting Crane evolved from a one-crane operation into a full-service crane, rigging, and industrial support company, serving contractors, manufacturers, and project teams who need dependable equipment, skilled operators, and a team that thinks beyond the lift. While we've grown in size, capability, and reach, our mindset hasn't changed. We still approach every job with the same hands-on accountability and pride that defined our earliest days. The difference now is that we're building with the big picture in mind, investing in people, systems, safety, and long-term partnerships. Today, Uplifting Crane stands for more than equipment. We stand for trust, responsibility, and doing the job right - every time.
