Practice Info Outpatient practice space is located in a standalone Women's and Children's Center right next to the hospital with dedicated full spectrum women's and children's care Patient care spaces feature private waiting rooms, welcoming exam rooms, large procedure rooms with in-office hysteroscopy, and dedicated ultrasounds Current women's health team includes OB/GYNs, an outpatient consultative MFM, a Urogynecologist, an office-based midwife, nurse practitioners, sonographers, a genetic counselor, and clinical support staff Obstetrics Level II maternal center with a level III NICU staffed with neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, nursing, and respiratory therapists Labor and Delivery features 19 LDRP rooms, 5 high-risk antepartum rooms, 2 operating rooms with 24/7 in-house CRNAs, a 3-bed triage area, and a dedicated call room Facility includes 10 main ORs, 2 Davinci robots, and an attached outpatient surgery center with 3 ORsUtilizes Epic electronic medical record CompensationNationally competitive compensation structures with guaranteed salaries + productivity and performance bonuses Generous sign-on / relocation bonus Benefits8 weeks paid time off Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues5-7% retirement match + 457b program Paid malpractice + tail Physician wellness programs focused on personal and professional development Monthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issues Shift & Schedule4-day work week1:4 call from home
