Adyen seeks an Associate Counsel in New York City to join our global Corporate Legal team. You will help manage disputes, governance, and various corporate matters, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. You will draft and negotiate service and license agreements, support regulatory initiatives, and collaborate with advisory, governance, and procurement teams to enable scalable growth across borders.
