Agentic AI R&D: Data, Evaluations & Post-Training

Prime Intellect is building the open frontier AI stack, unifying long-horizon workflows, evaluation, and deployment at frontier scale. You will design and iterate on AI agents, build scalable infrastructure, and translate customer needs into technical priorities for RL and evaluation teams. You will work with customers and researchers to align model behavior with real-world tasks, deploy prototypes, and accelerate field-ready solutions with an eye toward safety and reliability.
