Speech Language Pathologist Assistant English The Speech Language Pathologist Assistant English provides school-based services for our students on an as-needed basis. The role supports student success through multidisciplinary collaboration, participation in ARD/IEP processes, timely documentation, and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
Duties and responsibilities:- Implement therapy plans under SLP supervision.
- Document student progress.
- Assist with screenings.
- Prepare therapy materials.
- Support IEP implementation.
- Collaborate with staff.
- Maintain records.
- Follow supervisory requirements.
- Use district systems.
- Other duties.
- Skills and certifications:
- Associate/Bachelor's degree and active Texas SLPA license.
Preferred qualifications:
School experience.
Strong organization.
Knowledge of special education.
