About the Role:
We're a well-established local home services company that's growing, and we need a strong leader to run day-to-day housekeeping operations. If you've led teams at a hotel, resort or front desk, this role is a great fit.
What You'll Do:- Build and manage the schedule
- Lead daily team communication
- Keep supplies and inventory stocked
- Run quality control checks
- Recruit and onboard new team members
- Perform weekly home watch checks at client properties
What We're Looking For:- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Hotel, resort or guest house experience in housekeeping
- Very organized and calm under pressure
- Great communicator
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with scheduling apps and team texts
