APPLY NOWRoleAssociate Director, Packaging & Labeling, providing strategic and operational leadership for pharmaceutical packaging, labeling, and production throughout product lifecycle stages, from development to commercialization.
Responsibilitiesoversee multiple concurrent packaging campaigns at external CMOs, monitor progress, resolve delays, deviations, and quality issues; develop and approve artwork, labeling, serialization, and traceability strategies; manage relationships with packaging partners, ensure compliance with DSCSA and serialization standards, and develop contingency plans for capacity and supply risks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging, labeling, or manufacturing operations; proven experience managing packaging activities across development and commercialization phases; familiarity with serialization, GS1, and regulatory standards; strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Preferredexperience with external manufacturing, supply chain, and lifecycle management.
High-Valuebiopharma packaging, labeling, serialization, external manufacturing oversight, lifecycle management, DSCSA compliance.
LocationNew York, NY, with business travel as needed.
