Wellspring Lutheran Services in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, person-centered care at Covenant Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Saginaw. You'll lead with clinical excellence while building meaningful relationships with residents and families, ensuring dignity and comfort in daily care. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well‐being, guiding admissions, discharges, and transitions
