Senior Hydrogeologist

Key Responsibilities: Lead hydrogeologic and groundwater projects from initial planning through completion. Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and client expectations. Provide senior-level technical guidance on complex groundwater and water resources assignments. Support groundwater investigations, water-supply evaluations, well siting and design, aquifer testing, and recharge projects. Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining technical quality and schedules. Build and maintain relationships with municipal, commercial, industrial, and other clients. Contribute to proposals, scopes of work, and client development efforts. Review technical work and deliverables prepared by other team members. Mentor and support junior and mid-level technical staff. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions.

Qualifications: 8+ years of professional experiencein hydrogeology, groundwater, and/or water resources consulting. Bachelor's degree in geology, hydrogeology, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred. Professional geology licensure or the ability to obtain appropriate licensure. Experience with groundwater resource evaluation, hydrogeologic investigations, production well siting/design, aquifer testing, groundwater modeling, managed aquifer recharge, and/or aquifer storage and recovery. Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, clients, and technical teams. Familiarity with groundwater modeling, GIS, data analysis, geologic modeling, and/or database tools. Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to provide technical leadership while collaborating across disciplines.
