Responsibilities:
Welcome guests as they arrive at our service drive and help direct their vehicles.
Move customer vehicles safely between the service lanes, parking areas, and technician bays.
Keep our service drive and parking lot tidy, organized, and welcoming for every visitor.
Assist the service advisors by retrieving loaner vehicles or shuttling cars as needed.
Ensure that all vehicles in our care are parked securely and handled with the utmost respect.
Collaborate with the broader service team to keep our daily operations moving smoothly and on schedule.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical ability to walk and stand for extended periods and maneuver vehicles safely.
Professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
Reliable and punctual attendance.
Experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
Comfort working outdoors in various Michigan weather conditions.
