Job Description: PeopleShare is hiring Slitter Operators for a well-established manufacturing company in Bristol, PA.
Slitter Operator Job Details
Location: Bristol, PAPayrate: $22-25 hour
Schedule: 2-2-3 night shifts(Example: Week 1 Sun, Wed, Thurs. Week 2 Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat.)
Slitter Operator Job Description:
  • Loading and unloading of rolls on slitter
  • Building pallets of finished goods per customer specifications
  • Bagging of finished rolls
  • Perform quality checks for measurements, print quality, roll tension and integrity
  • Complete tasks in adequate time limits, as to meet daily goal and schedule needs and comply with SOP’sSlitter Operator Job Requirements:
  • Ability to read a tape measure/ ruler and use a computer for basic data entry
  • Use minor tools (i.e. Allen wrenches) and sharp cutting tools
  • Process written information (orders, SOP’s)
  • Able to work in team environment and communicate with others
  • Albe to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/ pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
