Senior Leadership Role in ERM's Sustainable Operations In this role you will lead the growth and delivery of ERM's Sustainable Operations offerings, overseeing client relationships and strategic initiatives to strengthen EHS compliance and reduce risk. You will guide senior teams, develop innovative compliance and risk management solutions, and drive market expansion through thought leadership and partnerships. Responsibilities:- Lead client relationship development, sales, and delivery across ERM's consulting services with emphasis on Sustainable Operations growth
- Develop and implement EHS compliance and risk management systems for governance and performance improvement
- Advise clients on data management, reporting, and disclosure of EHS performance
- Shape commercial strategy to win new business aligned with ERM's global strategy
- Co-develop practical, innovative solutions addressing client needs for long-term value
- Build and lead a high-performing team, mentoring consultants and emerging leaders
- Drive service innovation and cross-service-line collaboration; participate in local/regional commercial initiatives
- Expand ERM's Sustainable Operations visibility through thought leadership, industry engagement, and partnerships
- Provide strategic and technical leadership to integrate sustainability objectives with compliance and resource management
Key requirements:- 15+ years of experience in EHS/environmental compliance and risk management
- Executive-level consulting or corporate leadership with a strong business development track record
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted client relationships
- Broad experience across compliance, reporting, and operational risk
- Strong communication, collaboration, and people leadership; ability to mentor teams
