Lead Press Operator Lead Press Operator Schedule: possible 9a-5p, 8a-4p, 7a-3p Pay: $18-$23 based on experience Overview Step into a key role at SBI Tees where you'll lead day-to-day press operations, keep production moving, and help the team hit schedule commitments without sacrificing quality. This isn't a "just run your machine" positionyou'll oversee production flow and job sequencing, partner closely with a three-person press team, and jump in to operate the full press when needed. During slower periods, you'll stay engaged by supporting packing, cleaning, and general production tasks while continuing to uphold shop standards and a positive, team-first environment.
Required Skills:
Prior press operation experience (required) Ability to set up and operate printing equipment Strong understanding of production flow and job sequencing Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and maintain quality standards Hands-on leadership styleready to step in and help wherever needed Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced production environment Strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and commitment to long-term success Team-oriented attitude and reliability in a close-knit environment
