Wrapper Production LineThe Wrapper Production Line position is primary responsible to oversee the preparation and processing of dough to ensure it meets quality and production standards for Van's Kitchen wrappers. Essential Job Duties Prepare machines and materials for production. Operate and monitor dough processing machines to shape and process the dough. Continuously inspect dough for consistency, texture, and appearance to ensure it meets quality standards. Responsible for Pre-Op and Post-Op Sanitation Maintain effective communication with other leads, supervisors, and management Report any food safety and/or quality issues to Production Manager immediately. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Work closely with other members of the wrapping team and production team, such as quality assurance personnel, to resolve any issues that may arise. In the absence of Wrapper Production Line, Wrapper Lead, or Wrapper Supervisor will cover his/her responsibilities.
