Hourly rate depends on experience. Locations in Stratford, Hamden, Norwalk, and Middletown. Full-Time/Part-Time - Flexible Hours - Choose 4/40 or 5 days! Per-Diem - Must Case Manage 10 patients and complete at least 5 assessments per month.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program Current license as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut Ability to assess and respond to needs of patients and families in varied settings. Ability to make meaningful observations and write comprehensive accurate reports.
