PTC Program Lead — Rail Systems & Safety

Caltrain is seeking a Manager, Positive Train Control to lead the engineering and oversight of the PTC system for the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board. The role reports to the Director of Systems Engineering and ensures daily PTC operation and compliance with FRA requirements. The position requires strong leadership, extensive PTC experience, and the ability to manage vendor relations, documentation, and system integration across multiple subsystems.
