BRG is building a new Financial Institution Operations & Technology practice and seeks Managing or Senior Managing Consultants to lead business and technology analysis for complex workstreams. You will connect client objectives with data, requirements, and feasible designs, both in workshops and in technical implementation. You will partner with pod leaders and engineers, driving backlog, acceptance criteria, and client-ready deliverables while ensuring measurable business impact.
