We're looking for someone with at least 7 years of construction experience and with 1-2 years in a leadership rolel to join our team as a construction foreman. The ideal candidate is a jack-o-all-trades, comfortable with everything from carpentry to electrical work. We are a small business that is growing rapidly and we want a dedicated team player. We put a strong emphasis on quality construction and expect any addition to our staff to exhibit these qualities.
Must Haves:- Buidling Construction Experience 7-15 years; knowledge of basic building construction procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to work independently and direct team members
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to life 50 lbs
- Comfortable with heights using proper PPEClean background screen (no violence or theft)
Nice to Have:- Concrete Experience
- Masonry Experience
- Minor Electrical and Plumbing knowledge
