Our team members live that passion every day and have fueled our growth across 6 buildings in Elkhart, IN.The Data Analyst & Report Writer position interprets data and creates reports to suit Bennington's business needs, as well as assists with the migration of reports into Power BI. This position requires the ability to solve complex problems, effective communication at all levels of the organization, and a customer service mindset.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with team to develop reports as defined by business needsAssist with conversion of existing reports to Microsoft Power BIAnalyze data from existing ERP and assist in cleanup process for data loadsCooperate across departments to improve user interaction with existing reportsStandardize and document code responsible for generating reportsSKILLS & KNOWLEDGEBachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred, or equivalent qualification or a combination of job-related education 1-2 years of data analytics or report writing preferredFamiliarity with Business analytics software and data structures. Power BI, QlikView, and/or MS SQL preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Office productsDemonstrated ability to achieve goals, results-oriented and self-drivenExcellent written & verbal communication within team and cross-functionallyHighly organized and effective in managing multiple priorities and deadlinesEffective negotiation, and problem-solving skills
