Income

What you’ll do:
Coach clients through challenges involving dating, breakups, conflict, communication, intimacy, family, friendships, and other relationships
Help clients understand patterns and translate insight into practical next steps
Provide compassionate, direct, and action-oriented guidance
Conduct remote sessions through Zoom
Communicate with clients between sessions according to your coaching style and boundaries
Manage your schedule, availability, and caseload using the RH platform
This is a coaching opportunity, not a clinical therapy role.
Who we’re looking for
Background in therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, psychology, clinical social work, or coaching. Licensed and pre-licensed professionals are welcome
Strong instincts that are compassionate, insightful, and action-oriented
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Confidence offering clear guidance while helping clients feel understood
Comfort learning modern technology and practice-management tools
Reliable internet and a private environment for calls
At least 10 hours of coaching availability each week
