Trim Operator

Job Description: TRIM OPERATORMonday - Friday7:00 am - 4:30 pm$17.00 per hourESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSOperate clicker presses, lathes, ovens, and other production equipment safely and efficiently. Remove excess material or flash using hand trimming, die trimming, or machine trimming methods. Use razor blades, scalpels, scissors, and other sharp trimming tools safely. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and production standards. Use calipers, scales, rulers, and other measuring tools to verify product dimensions. Record production information accurately in the MRP system. Maintain proper product identification and traceability. Transport materials to and from designated production areas. Assist with preventive maintenance as needed. Follow established work procedures, safety policies, and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet production deadlines with limited supervision.
