We're hiring: Sand Production Team Lead — Brooksville, FLBlack Diamond Coatings (BDC Brands) is a veteran- and family-owned manufacturer of premium, environmentally friendly home improvement products. We're looking for a hands-on Sand Production Team Lead to run daily production in our sand and new-products areas. This isn't a desk job — you'll be on the floor with the team, hitting production targets, keeping quality in spec, and making sure the shift runs clean, safe, and organized. What you'll own: Daily production targets and quality for the sand and new-products lines Coaching, reviews, and training for your team Equipment upkeep and the preventive maintenance program Inventory accuracy for your work area Safety and housekeeping on the floor
