Senior Yield Deviation & Tail-Yield Engineer

Micron Technology is seeking a Deviation & Yield Tail Yield Analysis Engineer to lead efforts identifying and resolving yield loss mechanisms across high-volume Boise fabrication. You will apply advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and rigorous root-cause investigations to deliver sustainable yield improvements, partnering with Process Integration, Process Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
