APPLY NOWB&H is looking to hire a Trade Show Operations Representative with experience in event operations and planning floor layouts for trade shows.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Show LeadAssist with booth design in a 3D-space
- Manage freight
- Source display product, furnishings, structure, signage
- Design technical solutions for hands-on direct attendee demonstrations
- Order utilities
- Work directly with 3rd party teams – ie: Teamsters, Electricians, Stagehands, EACSpecific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience with Map Your Show, a2z, or a similar software program is a must
- Analytical thinking
- Problem Solving
- Detail-oriented and quick thinking
- Interpersonal skills within a team environment
- Networking skills
- Understanding of basic electrical requirements
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a plus
