Our marketing team qualifies the opportunity and hands it to you. Your job is to get her on Zoom, understand her story, and lead her to a decision. When you close, the whole company moves, and so does her life. Close on live calls. Every enrollment happens on a 45-minute Zoom consultation. No closing over text, no "I'll send you the link tonight." The call is where trust is built and where the decision gets made. It's the job, and it's not optional. Lead with diagnosis, not a pitch. You'll run a structured discovery process to uncover her goals, her pain, what she's tried, and what it's costing her, then walk her through our root-cause testing, personalized plan, and coaching support. Work two fronts at once. Fresh consultations land on your calendar throughout the day, and you carry an active pipeline of follow-ups in motion. Presence on the live calls, discipline on the follow-up. Both are non-negotiable. Own your pipeline. Fast follow-up, clean CRM records, nothing slips. A prospect stays yours until she enrolls or is confirmed out. Close and hand off clean. Present the investment with confidence, handle objections, guide her through payment or financing while she's on the call, and book her onboarding before you hang up. A warm pass to our Patient Services team, not a drop. Your success is directly tied to the business's success. Revenue lives in the enrollments you close. Consistency, week in and week out. Our top closers run 6-8 consultations a day. Volume rewards the disciplined.
