Build the Business. Recruit the Talent. Own the Desk. Klutch Recruiting is looking for a driven, competitive Full Desk Recruiter to join our growing team in Tempe. This is not a traditional recruiting position where you are handed open jobs and spend your entire day searching for candidates. A Full Desk Recruiter owns both sides of the recruiting business: developing client relationships and finding great people to fill their positions. If you enjoy sales, building relationships, talking to people, competing, and creating something of your own, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do: You will learn how to run a recruiting desk from beginning to end, including:
- Prospecting and developing new client relationships
- Cold calling and conducting outbound business development
- Identifying companies with current and future hiring needs
- Building relationships with hiring managers and business owners
- Bringing new job opportunities into Klutch
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, outbound calling, and other channels
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Presenting candidates to clients
- Managing candidates and clients throughout the interview process
- Negotiating offers and helping close placements
- Building and maintaining your pipeline in our CRM
- Following up consistently with prospects, clients, and candidates As your desk grows, you'll be responsible for managing the relationships and opportunities you've helped create.
